Ingredients: Cornstarch, sweetened, dried coconut (coconut, sugar, water, propylene glycol, salt, sodium metabisulfite [preserves whiteness]), salt, less than 2% of whey, artificial flavor, yellow 5, yellow 6, silicon dioxide (anti-caking).

| Combine 1/2 cup (2 oz / 58 g) dessert mix, 9 tbsp. (72 g) sugar (amount may be varied to suit taste), 1 beaten egg yolk and 1/2 cup (4 fl oz / 118 mL) milk. Stir until smooth. Mix in an additional 2 cups (16 fl oz / 472 mL) milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. While cooling, stir occasionally. Pour into a 9" pie crust or individual serving cups. Add garnish and toppings as desired. Refrigerate any unused portions. |
